My last 30 days of Amazon
If you know me personally, or my husband, then you’ve probably heard of the amount of packages that end up on my porch pretty regularly. My husband acts like it’s this crazy thing that happens in our house only. However, I’m just like every other 30-something suburban housewife – in love with the ease of online shopping.
I also love Jesus, Starbucks, and Target.
So yeah, I’m a basic bitch.
I’ve decided that each month, I’m going to share my last 30 days of Amazon shopping. Okay, maybe not share all the things, because these would be very overwhelming posts.
I’ll stick to my faves of the month.
Hope you find something you like!
For me
ODOXIA Reusable Makeup Remover Pads
I am on a mission to save the planet. Therefore, I am going around our house finding ALL the things that can be replaced with something reusable. My newest replacement… makeup remover pads. For YEARS I’ve been using those disposable cotton ones. They work great, but what a waste. Especially on those heavy makeup occasions and I have to use like 50 of them.
Enter these environment friendly, REUSABLE makeup remover pads. Not only am I being helpful to the environment by eliminating waste, i am also saving money by not having to repurchase over and over again.

The BRAUN Silk•épil 9
Epilation. Aka 10 minutes of humor for my husband as he listened to me screech and throw expletives out of the bathroom whilst I tried removing hair from my armpits.
10 out of 10 do not recommend.
However, I’m a big fan of this puppy on my legs.
If you haven’t heard of epilation, I would read into it before purchasing an epilator. And when you decide to purchase an epilator, I suggest this one.
I won’t lie to you and say it feels good, because it doesn’t. BUT, it definitely works. After just a few uses, I’ve noticed my leg hair growing back slower and thinner. In fact, I haven’t actually shaved my legs since January.
Floerns Women’s Shorts
We’re going on vacation in a few weeks, and my new #mombod doesn’t fit in any of the shorts that I used to wear back in the summer of ‘21. (Summer of ‘22 was spent clothes-less or in maternity shorts…. But mostly clothes-less.)
I hate HATE ever buying jeans or jean shorts because for as long as I can remember, more often than not, nothing fits right. I’ve got that tiny waist, big ass conundrum going on. I was expecting the worst as I started to try them on, but was pleasantly surprised when they fit… LIKE A GLOVE!
I purchased these because they were a great price and super cute. They give off the look of “I’m a cool mom” but also “gotta cover my cheeks so my daughter doesn’t turn into a hoochie”.

iPhone Case
No real write up necessary. It’s cute. It protects my phone. The square shape makes me look boujee.

For the babe.
VTech Remote
Personally, I hate this thing. All the sounds and music… barf.
But my baby? She loves it. She’s REALLY into remotes right now, specifically the one that controls the big human TV. Once she sees that remote, she is locked in and there’s no turning back.
Unless you put this noisy one in her face. She gets distracted by the lights and noise just long enough to hide the other one. Out of sight, out of mind.
Find it here.
Teething Remote
Did I mention my child is into remotes? This one is nice and soft for her little gums. AND, I discovered (thanks to a friend sending me a TikTok video) that if you fill the little shapes in the back with water, then freeze them, you’ve got yourself some cute little ice cubes… perfect for teething!
Worth mentioning, but has absolutely nothing to do with functionality… it’s cute and looks just like our regular TV remote (except ours isn’t pink). Just a nice touch, I feel.

Baby Noise Reduction Earmuffs
Technically, I didn’t buy these for my baby, because we already had a pair that my dad bought at Christmas. However, they worked so well that I bought a pair for my bestie whose daughter does a lot of the same activities that mine does, so she’ll definitely be using them.
Ya’ll. I took my child to a high school basketball game. With cheering and screaming and buzzers and an announcer and ALL THE SOUNDS.
And she slept. I shit you not, she slept.
If that’s not proof that they work, I don’t know what is.
I also read that you can put them on the baby when flying, so we’ll be trying that when we go on vacation in a couple weeks!
Buy them, now. Here.
For the home.
USB Wall Charger, Surge Protector
I hate cluster. I hate cluster specifically with cords. I also hate those surge protector strips that add yet another cord to your mess of cords.
This multi plug outlet does not get rid of my cord problem, but it does eliminate the need for that big ass surge protector strip. Plus, with the USB ports, it gets rid of the need for another cube.
I like that.
I purchased 3 of these and placed them throughout the house. They are working pretty good for us. Get yourself one, here.
Refrigerator Organizing Bin
If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for an organizing bin. Our house is becoming increasingly more full of them.
I bought this one for more storage in the fridge. I use it for separating my little snack items like cheese sticks and those Babybel thingys.
My only complaint is that it is smaller than it seems. I also need to find a way to keep if from sliding to the back of the fridge when I use it, since it’s not the full length and has nothing to block it.
I could see using this in the medicine cabinet being helpful in keeping medicines separate. Ooh. I may have just talked myself into buying another one….

See you in 30 days as I make it through another month of Amazon 🙂
