Beachbody

I love my Beachbody membership. But, I’m not going to tell you “it works” because it only works if you do. There are SO many different programs, that you’ll have a hard time saying you can’t find one that you like!

Current Program

80 Day Obsession.

For the 5th time.

I have actually only finished this program one time. It is hard. But oh so worth it.

The last time I did it (and finished it… just wanted to reiterate that) was in 2021. I am in much better shape and have a much better mindset now… so, I’m thinking finishing won’t be so difficult.

Let’s be real. It will still be hard.
